Jo Leal is a hospitality professional and chef with more than 20 years experience in the industry. She has worked extensively across Europe and Japan, managing guest experiences at exclusive chalet retreats in Morzine, France and Nozowa Onsen, Japan. At home in South Australia, Jo has managed restaurants and venues all over the Fleurieu peninsula, most recently the award-winning Salopian Inn in McLaren Vale.

Together with partner Jimmy, Jo established Secret Pasta Club – the follow-up to the uber-popular Secret Pizza Club – which has become a cult favourite and smash hit among Adelaide foodies.

2025 has already been a busy year for Jimmy and Jo, with SPC popping up at Loc Bar, collaborating with Mug Chen and Chia Wu from Muni - a feature during Tasting Australia – and their regular dinners at Fall From Grace Wines where they are consistently sold out.

Secret Pasta Club is known for its refined style, strongly influenced by the discipline of origami in Japan and pastry work in France. Everything is truly made with love and you can feel the attention to detail in every bite.
